Hi,
I am trying to model a Wave Energy Converter on Simhydraulics. At the moment I am just working on the first part of it : a hydraulic cylinder is moved by an exterior force (wave force). A chamber is compressed and injects a flow out of the cylinder into a high pressure accumulator. The other chamber is expanded and supplied by a flow from a low pressure accumulator. You will find attached my file.
I am wondering what is the cylinder orientation (parameter of my double-acting hydraulic cylinder block). I had a look at simhydraulic documentation but I still don't understand this parameter. Could anyone help me to understand it and tell me whether I should choose it positive or negative in my simulation ?
