Titel: Zeilen mit NaN auffüllen

Hallo,
ich finde für folgende Situation einfach keine Lösung und wäre um einen Hinweis, wie man es umsetzen kann, sehr froh:
ich habe eine Datei im Zeilenformat, d.h. am Anfang steht eine Zahl (z.B. 0502) die z.B. für die Dichte steht. Dann folgenden die gemessenen Werte. Da die Zeilen alle unterschiedlich lang sind, möchte ich anhand der Zeile, die die meisten Einträge hat, die anderen Zeilen mit Nan´s auffüllen. Ziel ist es also, dass alle Zeilen die gleich Länge (Anzahl an Einträgen) haben. Dies ist für die weitere Verarbeitung wichtig (z.B. für "imagesc").
Zuerst ein kleiner Ausschnitt aus dem File, normalerweise beinhaltet das File über 150.000 Zeilen

so lese ich das File momentan ein, als Beispiel ist hier nur die Dichte (0502) gewählt:
Dies funktioniert soweit gut, jedoch nur, solange die Zeilen gleich viele Elemente beinhalten und da das nicht der Fall ist, würde ich gerne am Anfang gleich nach dem Einlesen der Datei die Zeilen automatisch mit NaN´s auffüllen, sodass dies gegeben ist.
